TEAM ELIGIBILITY:
Teams registering for the US Club Soccer "Maryland Cup" are required to be affiliated through US Club Soccer to compete.
Teams registering for the C.M.S.A. "Champions Cup" must be affiliated through any USSF youth organization ( SAY, US Club, USYSA (with a permission to travel form), AYSO, etc.) to compete.
COMPETITION LEVELS:
CMSA Maryland Champions Cup: offers A, B & C levels as registration permits.
US Club Maryland Cup: offers AA (Super) & A (Premier)
Maryland Cup Teams (Ages 13U through 19U) are competing to qualify for a paid registration into the Mid Atlantic Regional scheduled for June
Boys & Girls Competition Levels:
Maryland Cup - single age levels of 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U & the dual age brackets of 18/19U
Champion Cup - single age levels of 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U &12

CMSA MARYLAND CHAMPIONS CUP
Ages: 8-10 @ $565.00, 11-12 @ $590.00; 13-14 @$625.00 and 15-18 @ $650.00
US CLUB SOCCER'S MARYLAND CUP
Ages 13-14 @ $700.00, 15-18 @ $750.00
REFEREE FEES ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION
Please follow the following procedure;

1. Go to gotsoccer.com
2. Complete and submit the application .
Step II to complete registration
4. Make a copy of the Got Soccer "Registration Confirmation" form and mail it with your registration fee (with the confirmation # printed on the check to:

5. Please note, while we will receive notification from Got Soccer of your preliminary application; your registration will not be finalized until your payment in full has been received by the May 16th registration deadline date.
All teams are required to submit a copy of their certified USSF tournament roster. This can be done by mail prior to the registration deadline, or at check in prior to your first game.
Teams challenged during the event and found not to have a roster on file will be immediately disqualified from play.

The Maryland Cup is an affiliated US Club Soccer event requiring all teams to be registered with US Club Soccer.
The CMSA Maryland Champions Cup is an open event where teams must be USSF registered through either SAY, US Club, USYSA, AYSO, etc. in order to participate. Teams affiliated through Maryland State Soccer Association (MSYSA) will need to purchase additional insurance to participate in the Maryland Champions Cup. This is due to MSYSA not allowing your team's insurance to cover your team's participation.
Teams that need to acquire US Club Soccer membership (affiliation) to participate in the Maryland Cup competition will need to contact the US CLUB Soccer area membership service representative; Kevin McGovern at kmcgovern@usclubsoccer.org
