OPEN USSF TOURNAMENT FOR TRAVEL, CLUB & RECREATION LEVEL TEAMS
Separate Boys and Girls Competitions
A, B, C & Recreation competition levels for the single age levels of U8 thru U15 and dual age levels of U16 and U18 where registration allows.
Registration will begin April 15th and end May 30th

There is an organization multiple team discount of $25.00 per team when registering five (5) or more teams at the same time on the same check.
REFEREE FEES ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION
1. Go to gotsoccer.com
2. Go into the tournament directory for Maryland, or type "Father's Day Soccer Challenge" into the search box,
3. Complete and submit the application via Got Soccer.
4. Make a copy of the Got Soccer "Registration Confirmation" form and mail it with your registration fee (with the confirmation number printed on the check) attached to the form to:

5. Please note, while we will receive notification from Got Soccer of your preliminary registration application; your registration is not completed until your payment in full has been received prior to the April 13th registration deadline date.
All teams are required to submit a copy of their certified USSF roster. This can be done by mail prior to the registration deadline, or at check in prior to your first game. If your teams does not have a USSF roster, contact us at email@example.com to make arrangements for a "Academy Roster."
Teams challenged during the event and found not to have a roster on file will be immediately disqualified from play.
ALL FINAL COMPETITION LEVEL PLACEMENT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE

If you are registered through MSYSA or any other USYSA organization and denied a travel form, you will be required to purchase CMSA/SAY Academy insurance for participation. Your current USSF ID cards can be used with this roster. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for information
Recreation teams will be required to sign up for SAY participation coverage
