The Referee Fees for the U11 & U12 age groups were posted wrong. The correct fees should be:
$50.00 per team per game for a total of $300.00 for the Spring League.
These changes have been made and updated on the website.
Spring registration will begin on 1/1/18 and end on 2/15/18.
The league will consist of six (6) games starting April, 8th. Games will be scheduled on Sundays only.
All Bye Request Forms must be Submitted on line by 2/15/18

All 2018 Spring Registration Forms are revised and activated as 1/8/18.
Protests will need to be filed by the COACH of the team protesting.
Rosters & ID Cards need to be checked by the COACH or MANAGER. It is NOT the responsiblty of the Officials to check ID Cards. The Officials must check the (Roster Only) to make sure that it is Stamped for CMSA league play. The league roster needs to have the Silver League Sticker, Expiration Date & Stamped by a Registrar. If the roster is not completed than the game needs to be reported as a Scrimmage Game. The referees will oversee the ID Check if the teams want to check the ID cards. Scrimmage games will be officiated by the Referees.
Rosters & ID Cards are to be checked during check in. Any & all late arriving players must present their ID Card to the Official before they enter the game. If the opponent wants to question the eligibilty of the player it must be addressed with the referee when the player/players enter the game. If the players are not on the teams official League Approved Roster than the game will be declared a League Scrimmage Game & the Coach will be suspended for their next game. This must be reported to your League Commissioner after the game.
Officials are required to check the Team Rosters to verify that the game can be played as a League Approved Game.
Coaches/Managers need to check the ID Cards if not preformed No Protest can be filed.

Whenever we have Inclement Weather Field Cancellation during the season; that information is posted on the Home page and on the C.M.S.A. Facebook page. The league does not send out emails or mass calls notifying individual teams and coaches of the closures. It is the responsibility of the management of each team to review the (Home Page) and to notify their families of any Field Cancellation.
Weather/Related Field cancellations will not be posted on the teams schedule only on the Home Page & Facebook Page.
Inclement weather field closings must be reported by the hosting program by email to the CMSA Office no later then 9:00 AM on game day (or if your venue is scheduled for morning games by 6:30 AM). Then the league will post on the CMSA Website those Fields that are cancelled (up untill 11:00 AM) after that the field cancellations are the responsibilty of the Officials.
It is the responsibility of the management of each team to check (Their Schedules) & the (Home Page) the morning of their game for any field or time changes. For weather cancellations check the CMSA Home Page or Facebook Page.
The league will NOT contact individual teams/coaches when changes are made.
Teams that requested BYES (Your Opponent Requested a BYE) must follow the bye request form #5 that is posted on the CMSA website to reschedule their game. The 2nd team listed on the schedule was the team that requested the Bye.
Teams that are in Odd age groups will have a (BYE Week) listed. The league will schedule that game to give you your (6th) game in the Spring & (8th) game for the Fall Seasons. If by the 2nd week of the season your team only has (5) Spring or (7) Fall games scheduled contact your league Commissioner ASAP.
The winning team; and both teams involved in any game that finished as a tie must report their scores by Monday Evening. All scrimmage Games will be posted as a 3-0 loss to the team responsible for the game being classified as a scrimmage.
Scores need to be reported to your Assigned Scorekeeper. Their contact Information is posted on the website under Contacts.
If the score is not reported by MONDAY EVENING the Winning team will be FINED $25.00 to post the score for the game.
All venues are Smoke Free, Alcohol Free, and Pet Free.
No grills or cooking is allowed at any of the venues.
Please park in the designated area; and remember to clean up your sideline at the conclusion of the game.
