"OPEN" USSF TOURNAMENT THROUGH SAY
Separate Boys and Girls ( A, B, & C where registration permits) competitions for the single age levels of U8 thru U15 and dual age levels of U16 and U18.
Start: Registration will begin September 5th
End: And the deadline will be November 7th
Team Registration Fee:
Ages U08 - U09 - U10 @ $565.00
Ages U11 - U12 @ $590.00
Ages U13 - U14 @ $615.00
Ages U15 - U18 @ $640.00
There is an organization multiple team discount of $25.OO per team when your program registers five (5) or more teams into the event at the same time on the same check.
REFEREE FEES ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION
Please note the following registration procedure;

4. Make a copy of the Got Soccer.com "Registration Confirmation" form and mail it along with your current affiliated team roster and tournament registration fee (with the confirmation number written on the check) and mail to: t

5. Please note, while we will receive notification from Got Soccer of your preliminary registration application; your registration will not be finalized until your payment in full has been received prior to the registration deadline date.
All teams are required to submit a copy of their USSF certified roster when registering. Revised rosters can be submitted at tournament headquarters prior to your first game.
Teams challenged during the event and found not to have a roster on file will be immediately disqualified from play.
FINAL COMPETITION LEVEL PLACEMENT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE

This is an open USSF event for SAY & US Club Soccer teams. If your team is affiliated through any other USYSA affiliate, you will need to supply a "Permission to Travel" form from your state association with your application.
If you are registered through MSYSA or are denied a permission to travel form, you will be required to purchase tournament coverage (CMSA/SAY Academy insurance) for participation. Your current USSF ID cards can be used with this roster. The cost for the tournament insurance is $5.00 per player registered and must be paid prior to the tournament deadline.
