AN OPEN LEVEL YOUTH TOURNAMENT FOR ALL USSF AFFILIATED TEAMS

         FOR THE SOCCER ASSOCIATION FOR YOUTH (SAY), US CLUB SOCCER, AND THE MARYLAND STATE YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION

(MSYSA) PROGRAMS.

Competition & Age Levels

      We offer boys and girls competitions for the single age                                 groupings of U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14 & U15; and for the dual ages of U16 and U17. 

A, B & C levels of competitions where registration allows.

THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COMBINE AND/OR DIVIDE AGE GROUPiINGS AND COMPETITION LEVEL AS DEEMED  NECESSARY IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE MOST  PRACTICAL AND FUNCTIONAL TOURNAMENT POSSIBLE 
7v7 Competition for 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014*
9v9 Competition for 2014*, 2013 & 2012*
11v11 Competition for 2012* 2011 & 2010
H.S. Level Competition for 2009, 2008 & 2007
 * Teams marked with the asterisk have the option to play
up in competition (7v7 to 9v9 or 9v9 to 11v11)
 

Maximum Tournament Roster Size

2017 - 2016 - 2015 - 2014*   14 Players  (7v7)
2014* - 2013 - 2012*             16 Players  (9v9)
2012* - 2011 - 2010               18 Players  (11v11)
2009- 2008 - 2007             20 Players  (11v11)
  
Three Game Minimum in either a round-robin bracket
or play-off format.
 
ALL GAMES WILL CONSIST OF
TWO 25 MINUTE HALVES
 
 Team and Individual Awards will be presented to 
the1st and 2nd Place teams in all age brackets. 

Registration Dates

Start: Registration will open April 10, 2024
End:   Registration deadline will be May 8, 2024

No Refunds will be issued after the registration deadline date.

Tournament Dates (Two Day Event)

  • Saturday -  May 25th,  2024
  • Sunday -     May 26th,  2024

Team Registration Fees

2017 - 2016 - 2015 - 2014* (7v7)........@ $790.00

2014* - 2013 - 2012* (9v9).. .................@ $825.00

2012* - 2011 - 2010  (11v11).....................@ $850.00

2009 - 2008 - 2007 (11v11)...................@ $875.00

 Registration Procedure:

Step #1. MANDATORY

Register your teams through both the GotSoccer.com web link; and the CMSA/Stone Alley web link.

  • Once you have registered your team into the GotSoccer site; We (CMSA) will receive a confirmation from GotSoccer which will only reserve your space into the event, pending payment in full.

Step #2. MANDATORY

A copy of you tournament roster must be e-mailed to lhcarrie12@gmail.com by , May 18th.   

Rosters can be updated prior to your first game and turned in only at the tournament tent on the first day of play.

Step #3.  MANDATORY

All payments must be made on-line and paid through the  CMSA-Stone Alley website.  

Once your payment has been received and processed; your team will be designated as paid/accepted on the Got Soccer web site.  

Your Registration is not finalized until payment in full has been received.  Once received your team will be scheduled.

Notices

All teams are responsible to place themselves in the correct competition level.  Team that do not place thenselves correctly, will be eliminated from receiving awards.
Teams are allowed a maximum of three (3) guest players following the posted roster sizes.

All guest players must be affiliated with the same youth soccer association at the rostering team.

This end of spring season event will still require US Club or SAY certified rosters; or a certified "USSF " Permission to Travel Form 

Additional Game Day Information

Teams challenged during the event and found not to have a Tournament roster on file will be immediately disqualified from play.

THE FINAL COMPETITION LEVEL PLACEMENT WILL BE   THE SOLE DECISION OF THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE; BASED ON YOUR CURRENT RECORD.

Field/Venue Regulations:

 No pets - No smoking - No alcohol - No grills

 
This is an USSF affiliated event for S.A.Y., US Club Soccer and Maryland State Youth Soccer Association teams. 
 
YOUR TEAM MUST BE AFFILIATED THROUGH ONE OF THE ABOVE ORGANIZATIONS TO PARTICIPATE.
 
If your team is affiliated through any "out of state" USYSA affiliate, you will need to have a "Permission to Travel" form from your state association.

If you are denied a travel permit, or if you are a non affiliated recreation program, you are  required to purchase CMSA/SAY Academy Insurance for participationcoverage.  Your current USSF ID cards can be used with this roster.
