2024 COLUMBUS CLASSIC

                                                                                         United States Soccer Federation Affiliated through                                                                                                     SOCCER ASSOCIATION FOR YOUTH (SAY),  US CLUB SOCCER  & THE MARYLAND STATE YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION (MSYSA) 

THE C.M.S.A. COLUMBUS CLASSIC IS OPEN TO ALL PARTICIPATING US SOCCER FEDERATION (USSF) AFFILIATED TEAMS

We offer male and female competitions in the single age levels of U7,8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 & 15;  and in the dual ages of 16U and U17. 

A, B & C bracket competition levels will be provided where registration allows

THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COMBINE  AND/OR SPLIT AGE GROUPINGS ALONG WITH ANY COMPETITION LEVEL AS DEEMED NECESSARY, IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE MOST  FAIR, PRACTICAL AND FUNCTIONAL TOURNAMENT POSSIBLE.

7v7 Competition for U07-U10                             

9V9 Competition for U11-U12                           

11V11 Competition for U13-U18

3 Game Minimum in either a round-robin or play-off format

ALL GAMES WILL CONSIST OF TWO 25 MINUTE HALVES

Team and Individual Awards to the 1st & 2nd Place team in all age brackets.

Maximum Tournament Roster Size:

U07-U10:         14 Players

U11-U12:           16 Players

U13-U14:         18 Players

U15-U17:         20 Players  

Registration Dates

Begins:  August 16, 2024

Closes:  September 20, 2024

Tournament Dates (Two Day Event)

  • Saturday - October 12, 2024
  • Sunday -    October 13, 2024

Team Registration Fees:

Ages ; U07-U10 @ $790
Ages : U11-U12   @ $825
Ages : U13-U14  @ $850
Ages :U15-U18   @ $875

Registration Procedure

Step #1 - MANDATORY

Register your team through both the GotSport.com website link and the CMSA/Stone Alley website link

  • Once you have registered your team with GotSport, we will receive a confirmation from GotSport which will only reserve your space for the tournament, pending payment in full.
  • After your payment is received through the CMSA/Stone Alley website, your team will designated as paid/accepted on the GotSport website.

Step #2 - MANDATORY

A copy of  your USYSA State Association (SAY, US Club, MSYSA, or your state affiliated) tournament roster must be emailed to    LHCarrie12@gmail.com by 9:00 pm Friday, September 27th.

Tournament Scores 

 At the conclusion of each game, confirm the score with the referee.  Score cards will be picked up after your game. 

 

Competition Placement Information

FINAL COMPETITION LEVEL PLACEMENT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE

Venue Regulations:

  • No pets,
  • No smoking,
  • No alcohol
  • No cooking (Includes Venue Parking Lots)

 

US SOCCER Affiliated Event

This is an USSF affiliated tournament open to SAY, US Club Soccer, MSYSA, AYSO and all USYSA state affiliates
