Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you (the coach) need to cancelled a scheduled league game, you will need to submit your cancellation request using the link (Cancellation Request Form) on the league page in the dark blue section.  Your league commissioner will be notified of your cancellation request. They will email you your opponent's contact information and they will have the game cancelled on the schedule page. Your team will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 plus the referee fees for the cancelled game.

The total cancellation fees per play/age group are as followings;
                                         7v7 play, the total cost will be $98
                                        9v9 play, the total cost will be $200
                                        11v11 play for U13/U14, the total cost will be $245
                                        11v11 play for U15/U17, the total cost will be $265

 

After both teams agree on the rescheduling of the cancelled game, you the coach that requested the cancellation will need to submit the rescheduling information of date, time, and location using the link (Reschedule Request Form) on the league page in the dark blue section. Your league commissioner will be notified of the rescheduled game and it will be posted on the schedule page.
